We still offer personal training, group training, and 30min. express classes @ our two training studios. Start your new year off with health and fitness!"

Be sure to bring a towel and bottle of H2O. You will carry them through the course.

Cost of the class is $15 per person. Exact change is appreciated. Checks should be made payable to "E Yamashita Personal Training"
