Prenatal/Post Pregnancy Fitness
Instead of telling you about how I can help you during and after your preganancy, I'll let Angela tell you about it in her words!
When I got pregnant 5 years ago I was like most women. I wondered if I could still keep up with my fitness lifestyle, and which exercises would I have to modify. Thankfully, my husband is also a Personal Trainer and obtained his certification in Pre/Post Pregnancy Fitness in order to help me. He trained me through out my pregnancy, and I had a healthy baby boy.
After I gave birth I lost all of my pregnancy weight within 3 weeks of giving birth! The main reason was because I stayed active and ate the right foods. So, while I was on maternity leave I decided that I’d like to inspire and help other pregnant women and also help them loose the “baby weight” after they gave birth. I, too, obtained a certification in Pre/Post Pregnancy Fitness.
I have worked with many women over the past 4 years, and they all have not only lost their entire pregnancy weight but now look better than before they became pregnant!
