We have two new convenient private studios to train at. The studios are "FUNCTIONAL"
rooms with resistance bands, stability balls, Bosu balance trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls,
cardio bikes, and an awesome Nautilus Freedom Trainer! We've got something here for everyone! It's not your
